Carla Aouad is an art director, illustrator and visual performer, crafting visual poetry at the intersection of reality and fiction. Currently based between Beirut and Marseille.
Graduated in 2015 from the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts (ALBA) with a masters degree in Graphic Arts and Advertising. Previously worked in communication and is currently focused on visual practices. Set up and took part in a series of drawing concerts, performed in Beirut since 2017. An active member and contributor at Samandal Comics.
